Welcome to “A Wave From It All”. This beautiful 3-bedroom and 2-bath condo is located on the 3rd floor at Beachwood Villas 10C in the heart of Seagrove. This condo has been tastefully decorated with a beachy, tropical charm. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious balcony overlooking the pool and lush landscaping.

The kitchen conveniently opens to the living & dining areas and is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The comfy cozy living area includes and TV and DVD player for your entertainment needs! A short walk takes you to convenient beach access located across the street from Tom Thumb and you're even closer to one of the communities 2 pools.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 6:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, Blu-Ray player.
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Beach Access:
From the front of the complex you’re just 200 yards to the Beachwood Villas beach access across the street from Tom Thumb (the corner of 30A and Somerset Bridge Rd.). Just a 2-minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand.

Beachwood Villas:
Come enjoy this family-friendly affordable complex on the north side of 30A ... it's within easy walking distance to our famous emerald waters. The perfect location for a 30A rental. There is no shortage of amenities with 2 pools (1 is heated seasonally; call for dates), shuffleboard, tennis, and community charcoal grills. After a day of relaxing on the beach, stroll along the many paths leading to the peaceful courtyards and lush landscaping. Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking or biking distance. The 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail runs right outside the complex.

Your stay at Beachwood Villas 10C - A Wave From It All comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Disclaimer:
Beachwood Villas will have ongoing construction from January 12 through April on the 3-story buildings. The clubhouse will be closed, and the laundry room will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily but open after hours. Noise and temporary parking limitations may occur. At least one entrance will remain accessible after hours. Construction will pause after April and resume on the 2-story buildings in September. Guests may contact us with any questions regarding access or parking.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The property was just as pictured—very comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for our family. The AC works perfectly which is great for Florida ;) Very quiet on the top floor, right next to the pool and tennis which is very nice! It’s a short walk to the beach access which wasn’t busy at all in Sept. It’s also a very short drive to the Santa Clara beach access which has parking and a ramp and even more space to spread out. You can walk or bike to donuts, pizza, gas station, surf shop, restaurants. We also biked to Seaside which was fun. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and the management communicated quickly with us. Highly recommend!

Great location. .2 miles from beach (door to sand). One street crossing. Subway next door for easy lunch, Tom Thumb less than quarter away for convenience. There are chair and umbrella rentals. Most anything you need is walking distance with exception of enough restaurants. Of course, the sidewalks are great for a long run!

The cord/string to adjust the fan speed was ripped out and you couldn’t adjust the speed. We were only able to stand being in the living room after coming in from beach.

Exactly as described

No surprises here, the condo was exactly as described. The owner has provided most everything needed for a comfortable stay. The complex was quiet and family friendly, and the way it’s laid out means guests stay out of each others’ way. We felt nice and private on the third floor. The furnishings are very tasteful and comfortable and there was plenty of room for us with our 4 teens. The walk to the beach is very short; we were quickly directed to the “available” section of the beach by the beachfront property owners but honestly it takes about a minute more to walk there in the sand and it’s much less crowded, so that was fine with me.

Perfect Location

Overall, nice property. The location of the property is a 5 minute walk until your toes are in the sand. However, the property does need a thorough deep cleaning. There are several transitions between the floating floor and tile where sand and dirt has built up overtime along with the living room rug & balcony rug. As previous reviews state, the master bedroom mattress needs replacing. The mattress is lumpy and has a dip on one side that rolls you to the outside edge.
