Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The check in/check out process was seamless. The communication with the property manager was also amazing and they responded very quick. However, one of the biggest downfalls of this house was the layout. There is not main area for families to eat together, hang out, watch tv, or play games. There are two SMALL tables on both floors. The living room furniture on both floors is not suitable for all guests to gather and sit comfortably. The space is also very small on the lower level. The outdoor patio could also use more seating to accommodate all guests. We thought the elevator and not having an indoor staircase would be suitable and not a be an issue, however, we found it to be very inconvenient. Especially with children and multiple families. The home overall was not as clean as it seemed to be online. All bedding was clean and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and furniture is what was not as clean as expected. We found a pimple patch on the wall in one of the bathrooms. Another bathroom has beard shavings on the counter/sink from past guests. The furniture upstairs was not the cleanest and was super worn. We also were not impressed with the kitchen utensils provided. These items were not provided: pot holders, scissors, extra kitchen rags/towels. There are limited pans to cook with, as well. A few more things to note are: there was not a full tank of propane, not every room has a dresser to store clothing, and the ice maker not working.
