Property was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and linens. There are two convenient beach access points and a handful of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Plenty of parking spots available. I've stayed in other Gulf Place Caribbean units before, and during multiple trips, including this one, there were issues with the hot tub that made it unusable, so just something to keep in mind if that's really important to you. Other than that, nothing negative whatsoever about this stay.

Trip to Gulf Place Carribean

We recently returned from our annual Gulf Place trip. This was by the best visit by far. Lisa allowed us to arrive early and stay later. The condo was exactly as advertised and had many extras that made for a wonderful location. We will be back next year for sure. This is the best spot on 30a. Thanks again, Lisa !

Fantastic!

We had a great long weekend at this property. The hostess was extremely easy to get in touch with when needed. It was clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach. Our kids loved the heated pool in the evenings. We were able to walk to get coffee (there is a coffee maker in the unit), dinner, ice cream, etc. so convenient. Laundry in the unit is always a game changer for our family. The only downside is that we had to leave, but we can’t wait to return!

The Perfect Getaway to a Beautiful Place

My husband and I just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Santa Rosa, FL! From check-in to check-out the entire process was so easy, adding to the wonderful experience we had. Our host, Julie, was very kind, extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Her property was exactly the way it was described, an attractive well maintained and comfortable unit. It was obvious to us that Julie and her family take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home and have a most enjoyable stay. We definitely felt like we were in a home away from home! Beds are very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, décor is very warm and welcoming – they truly have put their hearts into their property. The location was perfect for my husband and me. We loved sitting out on the balcony looking down at the pool or across the way to the gulf waters. It was so nice to stroll around Gulf Place for light shopping, happy hour, ice cream and various other establishments. For added shopping needs, grocery stores and other chain department stores are short drive away. Further down the road there is no shortage of shopping-you name it, it’s nearby! We definitely planning on a return trip to Santa Rosa hosted by Julie. I can't thank her and her family enough for the opportunity to explore a beautiful coastal area!

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach!

The condo is very nice and has everything you need. The beach is an easy walk across the street. It was quite cool the week we were there and we didn’t use the pools, but we would definitely book this unit again!

Perfect beach escape

We stayed here over the holidays and plan to go back as soon as we can! Julie was extremely responsive whenever we had questions before and during our trip. The condo is exactly like the pictures; clean, welcoming, and in a great location. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches throughout where you can tell it truly is their home away from home! The kitchen was well stocked, the beach chairs and beach towels were a welcome additional amenity you might not get in another place. They really do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable! I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a place on 30A to stay here.

Nicely updated condo. Super convenient easy walk over to beach. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Lots of extras. Huge dvd collection and we enjoyed watching a new movie our kids had never seen each night.

Fantastic Property

We spent the past week at this beautiful condo. This review, along with all of the others, all say the same thing. Julie is a wonderful host and kept us informed on any changes. The check-in process was easy and simple. This condo is well stocked with items needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Several shops and restaurants are right there. Unfortunately, the Sunrise Coffee shop has closed permanently but there are others close by. Beach chairs and umbrella are available for use along with other sports equipment items. The condo is well maintained and clean. Access to the beach is located across the street and very accessible. Seaside is a short drive on 30A and a nice place to visit to have lunch or dinner or to shop. Elevator and carts are available to take your items to the condo.If we head back to this area, this condo is my first choice. Thanks Julie for the hospitality.

Beautiful condo with 3 minute walk to the beach

Condo was beautifully decorated and very organized. The porch overlooks part of the pool and you can see the ocean. It’s very relaxing. Overall it was a great property and we would stay there again!
