The space

Welcome to 'Ivy Cottage!'

Situated in the heart of WaterColor's Camp District, this gorgeous home offers unbeatable access to Camp WaterColor with a direct walking path right outside.

Start your days off on the front porch with its charming wooden swing, ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying the coastal breeze!

Inside, the first floor welcomes you with a bright, open-concept living space designed for gathering and relaxing. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area with a lovely wooden table for ten, and then continues into the fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, ample cabinet space, and bar seating for three. Just off the main living area, a cozy screened-in porch provides the perfect spot to unwind!

The first floor also has a half bathroom, the laundry room, and a lovely King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Upstairs, you'll find the three remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a nook with one set of built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, a huge walk-in closet, a private balcony with a daybed swing, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. The next bedroom also has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The last bedroom has a Queen bed, two sets of built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Out back, enjoy the outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and cozy fire pit, perfect for enjoying an evening under the stars!

Literally backing up to Camp WaterColor, and just a 5-min LSV/golf cart ride to The Beach Club and Seaside, this home has the perfect mix of location, comfort, and coastal charm!

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there may be sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

Camp WaterColor is literally RIGHT BEHIND the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking when the lot is full! The Beach Club is less than a 5-minute LSV/Golf Cart ride. The ultra desirable location of this home cannot be beat especially for families!!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are NO additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-NO pets are allowed at this home, as the owners are extremely allergic.
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV/Golf Cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/Golf Cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, LSV/Golf Cart, or other amenities provided to guests.
