DETAILS: Wine’d Down is a beautiful home with lovely views! Located in the popular Seagrove Beach community, this 3-story property sleeps up to 18 guests with 7 bedrooms. The spacious floor plan includes a great room, an efficiency suite with a private entrance, and 2 wraparound decks. And just 12 steps from the boardwalk to the beach, you'll have plenty of fun in the sun!

As you enter the first floor, you'll appreciate the additional space you get from this efficiency suite. Replete with a small couch, TV, 4-seat table, and kitchenette with fridge and microwave—kids and teenagers will love co-opting this extra living area. If stairs are a problem, the queen bed and private bath make for a comfy guest bedroom. This floor also has two newly renovated guest rooms, one with a queen bed and another with a queen-over-queen bunk bed.

Upstairs, guests will enjoy the spacious layout that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the second floor. With natural décor throughout, the subtle beachy vibes make you feel at home. Lounge on the cream-colored sectional couch or enjoy dinner at the 6-seat dining room table. The adjacent chef's kitchen includes luxurious details like quartz countertops, French-door refrigerator, 4-stool breakfast bar, and wine fridge. Down the hallway, you’ll discover the full-size washer and dryer in the communal bathroom and 2 guest bedrooms—1 queen bed and 2 adult twin-over-twin bunk beds, both with shared bathrooms.

As you venture to the third floor, you will find 2 roomy suites designed to highlight the gorgeous Gulf views. Both include king-sized beds, private baths, and access to the balcony. Traveler BEWARE! Our Family 4th of July Trip was ruined...

Our stay at Wine’d Down was nothing like what was promised. Upon arrival, we were greeted with delays and an unclean property. The smell of sewage was overwhelming due to a ruptured toilet that had occurred days before our arrival. The maintenance team confirmed this was an ongoing issue, but we were never notified in advance. The property manager arrived well after check-in time and was unhelpful, condescending and offered no alternative solutions, leaving us in a terrible situation, especially over a holiday weekend.Once inside, the issues continued. The property was outdated, with worn furniture inside and out. The bunk beds were on the floor (unlike shown in photos), lots of bugs and linens were poor quality—one bed didn’t even have properly fitting sheets. The rug smelled of mildew, and the water was brown from the taps, sink clogged which was a major health concern. There were also issues with electrical fuses, with mislabeled fuses requiring maintenance to fix the microwave and kitchen lights and a hard-to-steer golf cart. The "steps away from the beach" description was misleading, as we had to wade through waist-deep brown water to reach it.Despite several attempts to resolve the issues with the property management company – 360 Blue (Kimmie and Amy) and VRBO, we have received no satisfactory resolution for our inconvenience. This lack of support, combined with the severe issues at the property, made this experience unbearable. We do not recommend this property.

Clean, spacious place - would recommend

Overall, my large group had a great stay here. The house was spacious and comfortable for everyone. It was very close to the beach access point. We did have an issue with one of the doors not closing because there were no pins in the door frame to hold the double doors shut, however, that was a minor issue for us.

Overall good!

Overall the stay was lovely - clean, close to the beach, great neighborhood and the bikes and golf cart were a fantastic add! However had issue checking in, however the company was very responsive and quick. Didn’t know the floors did not connect so was frustrating having to go outside to go to the rest of the house. Also the internet didn’t work and did not get fixed while we’re were there so none of us had service.
