Hang out at the private pool or head over to South Spooky Lane public beach access a short walk away. Enjoy a quick bike ride or walk to Shunk Gulley's, Pizza by the Sea, Goatfeathers, Local Catch, or The Perfect Pig offering up freshly prepared local cuisine. Explore the neighboring communities of Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, or Seaside for a fun-filled day on 30A!

Find your calm amid shades of blue and beige on plush furnishings in this newly refinished interior space. Bedrooms are spacious and inviting while bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with clean lines and decorative finishes.

The expansive ground floor houses three beautifully decorated guest rooms, the first with a king-sized bed, the second features a queen-sized bed, and the third houses bunk beds accommodating four guests. Two of the bedrooms feature direct entry to the private pool, perfect for an evening swim.

The second floor features a gorgeous open-concept living/dining area with a fully appointed kitchen and the first of two balconies with outdoor seating. Cozy up on plush furnishings in the living room, at the breakfast bar, or the large dining table. The washer and dryer are available for added convenience in the garage. The third floor is dedicated to the Master Suite with a king-sized bed, en suite bath, and a balcony overlooking the pool. Unwind after a day at the beach and catch breathtaking sunsets with friends and family over the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding 30A community.

Our stay was great! The home was beautiful and very accommodating for our group of 4 families! If I had any suggestions it would be the pool area- the tile on the back porch gets very slippery and there is no ladder for the steps.

Property was very clean, modern and accommodated our needs as a family. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. Pool was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Very close to good restaurants and some shopping. Beautiful quite neighborhood and very convenient walk to the beach. Family had a great time and we all hope to return next year! Overall, very pleased.

Dying to Stay Again!

Our overall stay was amazing. We did experience a challenge but Emerald Coast resolved as promptly within their control. Only one block from the beach and two blocks from Gulf Place, this was an ideal quiet location.

Great house, pool and 2 min walk to beach!

Our family absolutely loved this home and location! You can’t beat the 2 minute walk to the beach (without having to cross 30A) with a large public beach access at the Spooky lane walk over. Gulf Place with great restaurants and shops that are within walking distance too! We loved getting ice cream at Pecan Jacks after eating at Shunk Gulley. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house is nicely updated, clean, well maintained and the kitchen is fully stocked. The living/dining/kitchen were very spacious for a large group. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge! There are also so many outdoor areas on the 2 balconies and patio for us to hang out. The private pool area is a huge plus. We had a lot of fun hanging out in the backyard swimming, playing corn hole and grilling. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responsive. Overall, great stay! We will be back!
