Enjoy your stay in a contemporary condo with tasteful decor and all the necessary amenities you need to enjoy a day at the beach. Guests can enjoy the fresh air and lovely sunset views from the corner Gulf-facing balcony, set up with enough seating for six guests. Indoors, central air-conditioning will ensure everyone's comfortable as you relax in the living area furnished with a sofa bed. Enjoy cooking together in the modern full kitchen, featuring full-size appliances and an elegant prep table that also works as a breakfast bar for six guests. The shared gas grills will provide if you'd rather cook something with an extra sear. When your swimsuits are ready from the private washer/dryer, it's just a short walk down to the private beach access.

Shared pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts are all available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Due to high occupancy along 30A and an overload within the South Walton County system broadband, you may experience sporadic outages or poor connections.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Girls Weekend

We had a great time during our Girls Weekend. The condo was very nice and clean. Loved the closeness of shops and restaurants. We never moved our car once we got there. The beach is a short walk and the condo supplied all the beach essentials we needed (wagon, chairs, umbrellas etc). Will definitely go back!!

All we needed.

This little condo was perfect for our family of 4. Had all the basics covered and the location made the trip with our 5 and 14 year old stress free for us parents. The coner balcony was a lovely spot to sit with our coffee in the morning before the short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shop located just steps away made it great to pick up any last minute items for pool days or grab a snack. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated to really give our trip the true feeling of relaxation. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great Place

Pretty building, very clean, convenient elevators and stairs, the luggage cart available by the elevators was very helpful, condo was beautiful and well stocked with necessities, perfect location being a short walk to the beach and to the amazing food served at Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, a few steps to 30A bike trail for a fun day of riding our electric bikes for many miles and stopping at different places on the way. Such a wonderful experience and my husband enjoyed his Birthday all weekend.

This location was nice and very clean and a very short walk to the beach. The only negative for me was that as a VRBO it was very bare - Luke has less than a hotel would have. No extra blankets no spices or snacks for kiddos like I have experienced at other VRBO’s. It just wasn’t very cozy feeling.the place was very clean :)

The condo is very nice. With a partial ocean view from the spacious balcony. The only reason my review was not a 5 is that the pools at the older condo buildings are not well cared for and a little beat up. The one new pool is very nice.

Wonderful vacation rental!

Gorgeous condo with the perfect location! Cute shops/restaurants in next block. Two ice cream shops. Go to Pecan Jack's-the other is no comparison! There is a Keurig AND a coffeemaker, hairdryers and iron provided at condo. Beach is a only a block away. Great pool area. Our favorite restaurant was The Local Catch. Be sure to try it! Perfect rental!

Will Rent Again!

We needed to be near Destin because my son had a little league tournament. The condo was excellent and not too far a drive from Destin. We enjoyed the amenities and the private beach access. Will definitely be back to stay!
