Located in the serene Gulf Shore Manor area, the Yew Carriage House offers a nostalgic, laid-back vibe that captures the essence of classic 30A. This neighborhood is known for its unpaved, quiet streets and thick maritime forest, providing a "cabin in the woods" feel that remains incredibly close to the shore. You are just a short ride from the vibrant energy of Seaside, yet you can return to the total peace and privacy that comes with backing up to thousands of acres of protected state forest.

Direct access to Point Washington State Forest hiking and biking trails.

Quiet, low-density residential neighborhood.



Beach Access

San Juan Regional Beach Access – A short and scenic bike ride (approx. 0.4 miles) leads you directly to the emerald waters.



Guest Access

Guests are given a unique door code for their stay.

Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Parking: 1 Vehicle.

No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls.

No street parking allowed.



Other Things to Note

House Rules:

Must be 25 or older to rent. Primary guest must stay at the property.

No smoking. No parties or events.

Dog Friendly- 1 Dog Max- Must be approved- $175 fee.

The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a photo ID.



What We Provide:

Initial starter supply of paper products, soap, and basic kitchen essentials.

All bedding linens and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels).
