Equipe da recepção e limpeza são muito educados e simpáticos, mas a estrutura física deixa a desejar, infelizmente. Alguns pisos no quarto estão quebrados e soltos, torneira pia do banheiro vazando é difícil fechar. Café da manhã é bom, mas com suco artificial.

O hotel é bem agradável, so não tem almoço e tbm nao indicam lugares ou aproximadade q as pessoas possam comer, a parte da academia está funcional devido ao equipamentos ,tirando isso o quarto e muito amplo e bonito porem devia ter um sofa no lugar de uma cama de solteiro para quarto de casal
