It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them.

思っていたよりチェックインの時間が遅くなり先着順とは把握しておりましたが駐車場に停めるスペースが無く、お客様自身で近隣の駐車場を探して下さいとの案内で初めて宿泊施設で駐車場に関して不愉快な思いをしました。あと喫煙所の吸い殻が山になっていました。スタッフが少なく対応が出来ていないように思えます。 朝食は良かったです。

朝のビッフェを8:30から5階へ、、が、すでに待っている方が10数人。 なるほど、ビッフェ会場のスペースからすると家族連れの方はかなり待たされたみたいです。 ひとりだったので先に入れましたが、カウンター席はテーブルがちと狭いかな〰。 あと、１1階のファイターズルームでしたが、冷蔵庫がこれもちと狭いかな〰。冷凍もの（アイスなど）入れられるとこがなくて、、、。 全体的に綺麗で部屋の中のコンセントがたくさんあって便利でした。

駅から直結でとても便利でした。チェックインが無人で難しそうでしたけど、チェックインの時間にはスタッフが出てきて親切に対応してくださいました。 極力人件費を抑えてる様子でしたが快適に過ごせました。 一つだけ、、自分の宿泊の階にしかエレベーターの階数が押せないことによってキーを持たない子供が先にエレベーターに乗り、同乗してる他人と10階で降り、我々の部屋は7階なのでそこまで自力で辿り着けず、迎えに行こうにも持ってるキーでは10階のボタンは押すことができないので大変でした。たまたま乗り合わせた人が10階で良かったです。 チェックインの際に利用者が理解できるように説明するとか、目立つように張り紙でお知らせしてくれたら良いかと思います。 総合的にはとてもいいホテルでした。また行きたいと思いました。
