交通方便，步行5分鐘行到中島公園站，13分鐘到狸小路。附近多間便利店，地點寜靜，室內空間大，舒適，廚房設備齊全。性價比高。

お風呂の換気扇が付かない事で、お風呂のカビが目立っていたけど、シャワーの勢いがよくて使いやすかった。 Wi-Fiが繋がらず、何度かコンセント抜き差ししてみたけれど、やはりダメで諦めた。 家具がシンプルで、お部屋の雰囲気もオシャレで、写真で見た通りの満足のお部屋でした。 1歳の子供でも落ちない様に工夫して、ベットで寝られました。
