Anna Maria Island - 2/1

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a two bedroom with a full kitchen. It has a King size bed, Queen bed and a pullout couch, full kitchen and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with chairs and umbrellas included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it's first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. The view outside is of the garden area. A short walk to the pool and the beach.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; it's a 2 bedroom, has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, breakfast bar that seats 4. The living room is very spacious with a couch and large chair. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv. Second bedroom has a queen bed and tv. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv's, and free wifi.

If you are looking for additional rooms our son has 4 properties at Tortuga. You can check out the VRBO listing by entering these ID's in the VRBO search engine; 7850036 and 1626279 are both 1 bedroom condos and 2065681 and 7850036 are both studio condo options.

The location is great, walking distance to so much. The condo was very clean. The proximity to the beach is awesome. Trolly stop is right out front. This is not a negative review as we had a great time, more of an FYI- the bathroom tub drain doesn’t have a plug so if you have a little one that takes baths, it’s not possible. Just something you may want to double check before renting, if baths are needed.

If you are looking for a wonderful location, close to the beach on beautiful Anna Maria Island, this is the spot for you.Clean dwelling, host was responsive and the beach is right across the street. It is also close to shopping/dining on Bridge Street.

All was good with the unit. Except for the clogged shower drain had to get supplies from Walmart to clean the massive ball of hair out. Besides that cant go wrong with being in anna Maria at all . We went into Sarasota for dinnersome nights more variety there. Sunset is always incredible to see took hundreds of pictures.

apartment is in good condition. i didn’t use the kitchen at all. but everything was fine and clean. the shower area could use some basics that will help. either shelves or area to put shampoo, soap, etc or a shower genie that hangs on the shower nozzle. maybe some beach towels would be helpful too.

Wasn’t as clean as we like but was taken care of the next day. Island has recovered well but still has a ways to go. We love the island and after staying away in the spring, we have full intentions of taking up where we left off and coming back like I have for 55 years.

We had a wonderful time. King size bed is very comfortable, condo had sand toys, pool noodles, beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, plenty of kitchen items to cook meals. Parking was a plus. The beach is right across the street. Carol our host was accessible via email or text.

We loved our stay at this location. It was clean, comfortable beds, no issues with the resort. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The pool is great and the beach is just across the street. We plan on staying at this location again!!

We had a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect as it was right across the street from private beach access.We were so close to many great restaurants and activities, and the fact that the facility had a pool was really nice.The host was great at getting all the information to us to make for a smooth trip. The only thing we had minor issues with were the bathroom tub and sink drains being clogged. Would def recommend staying here!

Great location and set up. Had everything we needed and comfortable for family of 5 (even with the parents somehow being allocated by the kids to have the pull out sofa bed!). Effective and easy to control air con. Very responsive host and clear instructions. Incredibly close to beach and a few minutes walking distance (by beach or road) to the bridge street pier and various eateries. Pool easy to access and close to the apartment entrance. Free to use communal washing machine and tumble dryer that my wife was delighted with! There is a little pier at back of tortoise inn good to watch sunrise and head to beach across the road for sunset. Easy parking.

Clean,-just perfect. Initially a problem with a broken coffee pot- but owner responded immediately (there was a new one under the sink- cleaners forgot to toss the broken one!). Great location!! Would definitely stay there again! Beach is just across the street.

New couch

There was an issue with the pullout couch from the previous renters and the owners and family made sure there was a new one the next day and they brought us an air mattress for the night prior before they delivered the new couch and on the hottest day of July .
