This top floor unit is on the 8th floor (with elevator), and recently remodeled with wooden floors, Haiku fans and tasteful art.

Adjacent to the kitchen area is a built-in bar area that has a wine refrigerator for your convenience. It's a state of the art kitchen for cooking all your meals!

The spacious Master Bedroom is very luminous with large windows overlooking the preserve and Bird Key. it includes a king size bed, night stands, elegant art work, a TV, a large dressing and seating to enjoy the beautiful views.
The 2nd colorful bedroom includes a king size bed, 2 matching night stands and lamps.
The 3rd bedroom is in the shades of green with 2 queen size beds, One night stand and one lamp.

★Bathrooms:
The renovated master bathroom features two sinks, a separate toilet, and a beautiful walk-in shower with a rain-shower and 6 jets coming from the wall.
The 2nd bathroom includes a sink, toilet and shower.

★Amenities:
The Lido Surf and Sand is a waterfront community that offers a pool and spa, grills next to the pool area, fitness center, indoor community social room, library, shuffleboard and fully enclosed secure under building parking and on-site security. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

- HOA rules: no overnight parking of trucks, motor bikes, motor scooters or commercial types trucks, cars & vans.
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F
- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running.
- For your safety, swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
