With the amount of money we oaid to stay here there was no commentary coffee in the lobby or anything commentary. Not sure if this place is cutting cost but this is almost expected at any hotel. Coming down to the lobby for a fresh hot pot of coffee is the least that you should have for your guest.

Some of the staff who worked the morning shift in cafe not so friendly. Grenville, who served us on Sunday evening 10/05/25 was a wonderful person. We had a great time he was kind took care of our needs. Not having certain things such as water to cook Mac n cheese micro products and the soups. Not a good thing. Not being open for lunch and not opening till 5 not convenient.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful w/ great location

100% will stay here again!!! Clean room, building and outdoor areas. The coffee in the room is actually good, spotless bathroom, and very comfortable beds. Balcony views overlook a garden area, very pretty. Staff attended to everything we needed with friendliness, and we had a LOT of extra requests over the week. Beautiful cafe with coffee, breakfast sandwiches and wraps, etc. and the grounds were just so beautiful with an outdoor pool in a garden and a Riverwalk easy walking distance just across the street. Very close to the University Town Center mall, shops and restaurants. Definitely a great pick.
