• Pool is heated seasonally to ~86°F
• Spa heats to ~100°F and takes ~45–60 minutes
• Pool equipment is professionally maintained—please do not adjust settings

Guest access
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Exception for pool/lawn care and trash service.

Other things to note
- Initial Starter kit will be provided (paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, washer/dryer). Please note this is only a starter kit and you will be responsible for replenishing these items once they are gone for yourself.
- Kitchen comes with pots, pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker (keurig & drip coffee), etc
- Living and bedrooms each have Smart TV/Roku for streaming services.
- For small children we have a pack and play, a baby bath tub (please note both bathrooms in the home are stand-up showers only), and an ultra compact high chair.
- Alexa Echo DOT in kitchen.
- Bathroom has hair dryer.

- Request tenants to roll trash cans to road on Tuesday evening and back on Wednesday to keep property trash free.
