"Location, Location, Location;" The perfect apt. to explore Downtown Sarasota, walk to the Rosemary District, Bay Front, Gillespie Park. Restaurants. Theaters and Galleries are just around the corner. Drive 10 minutes for Lido Beach, Saint Armand's circle, or University mall. The apartment is over a 2 car garage with a private entrance. Newly painted and designer furnished it is spotlessly clean, light and bright and totally functional. The patio area is a great place to hang out and/or entertain.
This contemporary apartment has 10' ceilings, and 4 large windows creating a very airy & light ambiance. It has a large step in shower + separate sleeping area with a new queen bed and large closet. The kitchen is has a full size stove, refrigerator and microwave. A washer/dryer is in the garage exclusive for your use. Quality linens, towels, coffee maker + pots/pans and service for 4 are provided; even spices.

A home from home

I stayed here because I had family at lido beach I was just 12 mins from a beautiful beach and some lovely shops and restaurants. It was lovely and quiet at the apartment and within walking distance to some local shops and restaurants. The apartment had everything you would need.

Very responsive owner

There were some issues when I moved in. The owner worked quickly to resolve. I appreciated this. It is in a quiet area of Sarasota, I like the area.

Downtown Sarasota Hide-hole

This is a very nicely appointed apartment. It is right sized for a single or couple. I found all the necessary items any renter would need. The landlord; Richard; was very supportive, available, and quickly tackled any issues I had. I highly recommend it to all renters interested in the downtown Sarasota area.

Great Sarasota experience

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice downtown Sarasota is. We were within walking distance of many fine restaurants and stores. We were within biking distance of Lido and Siesta Key. It was overall a great experience. Richard was accessible when we needed. It is a small apartment but fine for the two of us and we really didn't spend our time sitting around anyway. As they say, Location Location Location.

Enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I had a pleasure of staying at this property for 1.5 months while exploring Florida’s west coast. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, just a short drive to Sarasota downtown and Lido beach (our favorite!). There is a really nice park down the block, perfect for morning walks. The apartment was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. We had couple of requests and the owner took care of everything within a day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate coming back.

Not what I is pictured rough area over garage

We arrived the house was not clean no hand Sanitizer electric issues with lights in kitchen, the owner was nice however I felt since I had to clean the place I should have received a refund at least on the cleaning I did after a long drive .. the area is scetchy and no cleaning supplies or enough towels. The apartment is over the garage, which renters at the front house park there cars so you have it being opened in the am and pm .. I thought we were staying in the main house I felt it was misleading would not stay again! Also there are electric issues this place is not safe VRBO your jeopardizing people’s lives by not knowing what your homes are dangerous! ( I have videos of all the issues and will be posting this dirty place and electric issues! I blame VRBO !!
