It was a the nicest hotel on Pattaya beach. The staff was friendly helpful. The breakfast was execellent. I plan to return and stay at Sita again on my next trip to Lipe.

It was a great location. Just seemed a little rundown. Staff were great. Could not get enough hot water to fill tub. Breakfast was average .not enough beach chairs .

Staff very friendly and attentive. Hotel Duty Manager accompanied us to 2nd PCR Test at goverment clinic on the Island personally ! If you like it a Bit quieter this is your Location at the far end of Pattaya Beach.

I liked the overall atmosphere of the property and the view were excellent. My only suggestion is to tidy up the area around the garden view rooms and perhaps fence off the bottom to make it more private. the grounds of the garden view rooms could do with more planting, grass coverage to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the grounds of the hotel

Outstanding staff

Very lovely place on a quiet beach. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Vivi at reception was outstanding, very professional, kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this place. :)

We had to move rooms right away as the shower was in an awful state - however the staff were great, helped us into a new room & we were ok. The breakfast is pretty basic. Everything was cold despite us asking for it to be warm. The pools were great - but stuff told us that there’s no covers on the hard wicker pool chairs - yet we found them stored away. It seems in the low season that staff don’t really want to help so much if they can get away with it. Overall it is a stunning beach, the staff can sometimes be helpful & the grounds were full of wildlife & friendly dogs.

Fine for the price

The room we got was okay meaning not bad but not really anything spectacular. The bathroom seemed it was of a lower standard than the rest of the room. It was clean and all but could use some upgrading.. sliding doors to the shower was squeeky as hell, the bathtub was "full" of dead leafs from all the unneccery plants right next to it. The service was fine all though we didn't get our daily free instant coffee restocked, not a big deal of course but it all ads up. Also the WiFi was super bad. The resort is right down to the beach and it also has two pools which all seemed well clean. The food at the restaurant is nothing mind blowing and will cost a bit more than what you can find 10 minutes away in the centre. Found a good deal on hotels.com so it was fine for the price but would not pay full price for it.

Beautiful hotel in front of the best beach

Great hotel, great staff, very quiet and in front of the best beach in Lipe (Pataya beach). The hotel is far away of the noise, but near to the walking street to have a great time in the night. Great and very good breakfast. The only "negative" is that no all the staff speak english, but there's ALWAYS someone to help you. Great experience!

As the reservation was divided into two overnight, I sent the hotel a letter without moving my room. I told her again when I checked in, but she wouldn't listen. I packed very importunately and spent another night.

Location is great. Hotel tries but she's old

Overall the hotel was a good experience. we were upgraded to the honey moon suite as the hotel was at capacity. I've committed to my partner that when / if we get married - she has my permission to divorce me if that the honey moon suite to celebrate such a milestone. Bed was super hard. the hotel is just simply 'tired'

A peaceful place for peaceful holiday

It locates at end of Pattaya beach and giving a peaceful holiday compared to those happening hotels. Hotel really offered a quiet room upon request. Breakfast is the only thing to highlight, restaurant is a open space with flies around, but food was not covered

Give this place a miss

The rooms need some refurbishing. Shower head was rusty and falling off. Eventually it fell off and had to ask them to repair. Water pressure was not good and controls wasn't good either. Mostly hot water and it's too hot for comfort. Honestly felt it was way below expectations for the price paid.
