The room was spacious with large tvs in both living and bedroom areas. Unfortunately the tvs did not work. We called the desk and someone came to assist, however even after an hour he could not get anything working. We felt bad as he worked diligently to help. So no media for the evening. The light was flickering in the bathroom and needs to be fixed. The AC was loud when it came on ( sounded like a plane). The breakfast and coffee was good and all staff very friendly and helpful. It is a great location and we were happy for that!!

We booked this hotel because they had free airport shuttle however when we tried to call them to schedule a pickup when we arrived from PA, the phone rang several times & then hung up. We called 15 times altogether before & after our flight & still no answer. We called corporate to verify our reservation & to find out how we can get ahold of the hotel but they only had the same number we did. They said the shuttle should be outside when we arrived. It was not. We ended up having to call an uber to get us to the hotel. This was at 10:00pm. When we got to the hotel, we told the front desk that we had been trying to call them since 6pm. Corporate never contacted them. They told us that they were having phone issues & would reset it. Meanwhile we were out $15 for our uber. The room was on the first floor by the elevator, ice machine & lounge. We heard everything all night long! The next day, we reported that the light above the sink was flickering, the toilet seat was broken & the body wash was empty. When we came back to our room at the end of the day, nothing was done. Not even a clean up. Saturday night, we got to hear all of the above plus it sounded like furniture was being moved. Sunday evening, the phones were out again.The desk clerk had to give us her personal cell number to call when we were ready to be picked up by the shuttle & again, noise all night long. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not our first time at this property. We always stay there when we travel from NY to Florida. Staff is friendly, it's clean and comfortable and fits our needs. It's close to restaurants and shopping and rates are very reasonable.
