This modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 35 square meters of space for max. 2 adults and has internet - wifi. Over the separate entrance to the hall you enter the hall with cloakroom and wardrobe. The cozy living room has an upholstered seating area with table and chairs and a cabinet with a modern flat-screen TV - device. Here is also a dining table with chairs. The small kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped with a 4-plate cooker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (full mattress) with bedside tables and reading lamps.   For a one-time surcharge of 14.90 euros per guest bed linen (self-service) and towels are provided on your arrival. A sexy bad weather alternative is the adventure ahoy with swimming pool, slide and sauna facilities at the nearby Seepark Sellin.
