Didnt have breakfast or dining service. Ordered a french fries for room service but it was just average fries. Staffs were very nice and courteous. All amenities were great, specially the ping pong table and play area. Swimming pool was heated and open late to use. Perfect for cooler weather.

Wonderful hotel. View from our room was incredible, and amazing to have our own jacuzzi with that view. It is a smaller hotel which suited us, so it was quiet but with lots of nice restaurants and cafes a few minutes walk away (the restaurant round the corner with boar photo on the outside had the best bbq we had in Korea, and found out later it is award winning). Staff are very nice and attentive. Loved the little touches e.g. they had set up the traditional korean games featured in squid games to try out in the games room. Breakfast was very varied too. We wish we could have stayed for longer!

The property is new and quite a bit of distance from the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious with in-room Jacuzzi. The rooms have a sea view and it’s great for couples planning to spend romantic holiday in Jeju. On the flip side, the breakfast has largely Korean options. The swimming pool is something to talk about but fitness centre and other amenities are quite average. Everything is chargeable including the delayed checkout (charged by the hour). Overall a comfortable stay and good for one time visit

GoldOne Hotel was home for our family of five adults for three beautiful days while exploring the southern and eastern coasts of Jeju.The staff were so friendly and helpful. So nice to float in the pool after a day of hiking, touring. The restaurant was quiet at night and I enjoyed that. The Kimchi Ramen soup was my favorite!

The room is clean and spacious. The staff service is great. I booked the room with a view, it has a great view. I liked the swimming pool, the water is warm and comfortable for swimming. I didn't like the breakfast buffet. The food variety is limited.

It’s cool. If you are looking for a quieter spot close to beach it’s good. But there’s nothing around the hotel for walking except a few cafes. The pool is nice. The gym is not good just treadmills. Parking was good. Overall good place for quietness.
