Very convenient to get to seongsan ilchulbong. The parking area within the hotel compound is quite small, if you return to the hotel late you will have to park at a random parking lot a short distance away from the hotel, the staff will let you know where you can park. Toilet looks a bit on the older side but room still looks good. The hallways are very dimly lit and looks quite scary.

Handy location, pretty basic hotel.

A simple hotel with a handy location. I paid for a sea view but was quite disappointed with a low floor room and a very distant sea view. The pool (an extra charge) has a nice view. The room was comfortable if rather small. The o my welcome from the hotel both by text message and on arrival was ‘we don’t provide toothbrushes’.

Nice hotel - good location and great breakfast

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The 1st trip was brilliant. Unfortunately, the room this time had damage and it hadn't been repaired very well. However the room was clean and smart. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are friendly. The hotel is also in a great location!

Fantastic hotel!!!!!! Great breakfast, basic rooms with everything you need, friendly staff (they spoke a little English), good location for Seongsan - but the highlight has to be the roof top pool and bar. I was there in October and the pool was heated. So I was up at the bar and swimming every evening (until gone 10pm). Would stay here again

기본도 못하는 호텔

호텔의 기본 중의 기본은 청결이라고 생각합니다. 이전 투숙객의 흔적이 고스란히 남아있는 화장실, 베드, 슬리퍼.. 정말 묵었던 호텔 중에 최악이었던 것 같아요. 변기 시트에 오물이 그대로 묻어있고 베드에도 뭔지 모르는 더러운게 묻어있었어요. 슬리퍼도 일회용이 아니고 고무? 같은 재질인데 사용감이 그대로 보여서 너무 찝찝해서 신지 못했어요. 어메니티 기대하지 마세요. 칫솔 치약 세면도구 다 챙겨가셔야 돼요. 체크인 데스크 직원도 친절하지 않고.. 수영장도 돈내고 사용할 수 있어요. 주차장도 자리가 없어서 걸어서 5분 거리에 대야되는데 횡단 보도가 앖어서 한참 돌아가야돼요. 정말 별로였던 호텔.. 딱하나 장점은 성산일출봉이 보이는 바다뷰밖에 없었던 것 같아요.

When the cons kinda outweigh then pros

Pros- beautiful sunrise from the ocean view room. There’s a convenience store in the hotel. Close to Aqua planet Cons- we had a leak through the walls/glass of the shower into the adjoining room making the carpet and bed spread completely drenched. When we reported it to reception they said they couldn’t do anything about it that night and only replaced our bedspread, fair enough. However, we stayed for another 2 nights and there was no attempt to rectify or ameliorate the situation. The room was damp and uncomfortable. Parking- first in best dressed. The location means you have to drive however there isn’t enough parking to cater for everyone. There’s additional parking but located offsite and can be a pain in the cold. Mosquitoes- the fly screen had a small hole in it so we refrained from opening the door despite the unbearable heating but I think housekeeping must open it during their visit (maybe because the carpet adjacent to the shower was drenched or the heat) and we spent one sleepless night getting both bitten and swatting for mozzies.
