Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It is very difficult to contact the property owner since there is no front desk. My room was no electricity and could not get a hold of the owner. Luckily, there was a traveler, who speaks the language and contact the owner, I finally changed to another room. It was a terrible experience for this hotel.

4階と5階がフロアになりますが、エレベーターが無いため、少し大変でした。 宿泊中に体調を崩したのですが、ホテルのスタッフが近くの内科まで同行してくれたり、子供と遊んでくれたり、とても親切な対応をしてくれたことには、大変感謝しています。
