The room was huge with 3 beds, even though I booked a single. The location was good, after finding it for the first time. Had to run the shower full blast to get hot water and the aircon sounded like a jet engine. Those are two small bits to an excellent place to stay.
The front desk staff were excellent. However, it is the lack of property condition itself that was unsatisfactory. Our family of 3 had bug bites everywhere and the bed mattress was poor. It was hard, old, and we could feel the metal coils underneath. In the bathroom, there was mold and the smell of sewer. The shower was poor and it was really hard to adjust the water temperature. Stayed here many times but this is the first time for an unsatisfactory review.
Very good quality for a reasonable price. The room was quite large and the all staff encountered very helpful and friendly. Location is great if like me you want to travel around Seoul and beyond both buses and train are very convenient
I found the hotel very good it’s a bit old looking and could do with updating couldn’t find anywhere to iron cloths but these were minor issues it was clean and well stocked with towels and robes rooms were kept very clean as were the beds all in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Korea
Property was in an ideal location for where we wanted to visit. Close to lots of buses. Room was very big and was two double beds pushed together. Requested extra pillows first night and Got them the following day no problems. Supermarkets and subway downstairs perfect for if jet lag has you awake at all hours. Room was clean, shower had some issues draining however. Air con and tv which showed a selection of English films if you found the right channel. Overall good stay.
The room had 2 beds in a room the size for a single guest. We could not open the room closet since one of the bed was blocking the closet sliding door. We have been staying at this property for over 8 years. They changed the bath tubs for much smaller ones but that was alright. The problem was the water drained from the bath tub spread around the whole bathroom making it difficult to get the towels and walk out.
The property is pretty centrally located. It’s close to Seoul Station and Namdaemun Market. A further walk away is N Seoul Tower and Myeongdong. Large room with a fridge freezer, washer/dryer, large bed, plenty of storage, a desk, a seating area, and nice bathroom. Some things seemed a little outdated but we didn’t mind because everything else was so great.
Our room was on the 19th floor, all of the rooms except ours were sealed off with tape... seemed very seedy

Location was great, Rooms were huge Stayed for 2 weeks. Things were great on the first week. On the second week, protesters were outside the hotel, then in the lobby the next day. Then they were on our floor, then in front of our door! Policemen knocked on our door asking questions. Scary! The hotel had issues with owners of the rooms? Staff moved us to another room on our last night. They should have done it when trouble started. Hotel was great except for that experience!
Great service at check in. The guy at the front desk was very helpful.

The hotel was undergoing an ownership change, which we were not advised of prior to our arrival so some of the areas were under renovation in the hotel. This was a bit awkward to navigate.
We loved the direct Airport Limousine service to ICN
The hotel was in some kind of a legal conflict with the owners and many of the rooms were not used by the court law. The room no. was also marked differently and we could not find our room at first. The room was spacious and clean but the bed liniens were not complete. Spacious bathroom but the shower opener was apparently broken and it was difficult to adjust water temperature. We were four of us but the room amenities were for making coffee and tea were only for two. We tried to check out sky lounge at the end of the day, but it was closed by the court law. Not very pleasant stay but good location if one wants an easy access to an airport limousine.

We did experience an unacceptable condition that merits comment. On another post, I mentioned that we found our room opened after room service. They were the last ones seen entering the room. The sad part of the whole affair is that the hotel is changing management, and I would suggest not the best time to stay in it. Too bad really, because the it's not the staff's fault.
The hotel had some legal issues and when we arrived there was heavy demonstrations by the supposed "owners" of the hotel rooms. The staffs confirmed to us that "everything is ok", but during the last days of our reservation things degenerate quickly, the demonstrators blocked or hacked the access of every hotel rooms with the luggage of the guests still inside! Many guests were told to reserve for another hotel in the last minute... The staffs were friendly and tried to be helpful but incompetent, one of guys promised us that our hotel room's door would be unlocked during the night so we could retrieve our baggage in the early morning but this never happened. The fiasco happened through the night of 4th of July and continued in the morning of the 5th.
