The front desk is polite and efficient but I would say not warm. Having said that noting bad. The cafe staff also very Cool not warm. They smile appropriately but there is a certain standoffness in the interaction. Also we were suppose to get welcome drinks a which consisted of bottle waterโ€ฆsurprised

Thermostat in room was permanently off. Choice of roasting with heat on, or turning heat off. Cafe dinner was abysmal, breakfast OK but after paying $22 for a buffet, they charged $3 extra to take a paper cup of coffee to the room. Furnishings in room looked tired and you could feel the springs in the bed.
