Our private Booked room was given to other people. After waiting 45 minutes Then we were sent to a new hostel with same owners (its almost 1 am now) to then be given a room with dirty bedding covered in pubes a mysterious brown stain and cockroaches in the corner. Not to mention the no WiFi and smoking smells….
This room is so dirty especially under and side bed. And also I cannot switch on the TV. I hope next time TV conditions will be better. Furthermore I cannot find the plugs which connect to the refrigerator.
I really recommend this hostel but a little bit expensive for staying.
It’s not worth the money. It says it has a shower and a private bathroom but there’s no hot water to have a proper shower. And there was no toilet paper. When I asked for toilet paper they said the delivery will come later and he cannot do anything about it when he could just go buy some and provide for his customers. I called for the hot water too and he said he’ll send someone to fix it. No one did. The bed wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Dusty and with hair on it. Not worth it. Find something better.
False advertisement from what they posted on Expedia! There is no staff on site, you call for check in, which was worrisome to have to hold the phone because of how dirty everything is. When you enter the hotel your instantly met with mold on walls and dirty floors. The elevators buttons don’t all work and can hardly fit two people with carry-on luggage. Even though the hostel was terrible we had hopes the room was better so kept going, but as we shortly found out the room was MUCH worst. Didn’t even think it was possible! The walls had dirt marks and mold all over them, trash and rat droppings were under the bed, the bedding looked as if it hadn’t been washed in months, the bathroom had mold, walls toilet was completely dirty and the house slippers they left looked like they’ve been in mud. We needed leaving immediately and booking another hotel. Still working on getting my refund it’s been several days already. But no fault of Expedia they are saying they’re having trouble getting ahold of the hostel. Hopefully they’ll just refund me and get the money back on their end since this posting was so horrible and false advertisement.
