We just got back from a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Most memorably, the staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to answer questions and accommodate us. We felt like we were being given VIP treatment the whole time we were there. I can't recommend the hotel enough and look forward to staying there again the next time we are in Seoul.

Mostly positive experience.

The staff were truly wonderful. We arrived from the airport 5 hours before check-in time and just expected to drop off our bags and go out - but they were able to get our room cleaned and got us checked in instead. Really great. They were way above average in all our other dealings with them too. But the room was tiny and difficult to survive in for 3 days. It would be worthwhile paying extra for a bigger room. The location is excellent!

Lovely staff, great location and breakfast was quite good too. Rooms are small and it's hard to accomodate 2 suitcases especiallt as the space for hanging clothes was very small. We enjoyed our stay here however and loved Seoul!!!

Stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of my trip. Convenient location a short walk from the subway station and just down the road from the picturesque Jogyesa temple. I could also walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwanghwamun Square, Insadong shopping street etc. Very comfortable clean room with a nice view out over the city. Friendly helpful staff. Great cafe in the hotel lobby, recommend the chicken salad and strawberry smoothies there. I was also able to leave my suitcase a few days in advance of my second stay when I was doing an ovenright trip to Jeonju. Would stay here again.
