Clean & tidy property, pool nice & clean, kids certainly enjoyed it, nice outdoor barbecue area, car 10 mins to shops, 12 mins to Sesimbra, golf & train station within 25 mins, owner very friendly & on hand if any issues.

Beautiful villa in Sesimbra

My family and I stayed at this villa for 4 nights. The owners of the property were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The villa itself is huge with a very large outdoor pool and nice traditional Portuguese decoration, only a few minutes away from various supermarkets and 10 minutes drive away from Sesimbra beaches and town centre. Highly recommend for large groups!

Alguns aspectos.

Propriedade a precisar de alguma recuperacao. Jacusi com temporizador avariado nao desfrutavel. Casa sem roupas , lencois, toalhas,etc que é incompreensivel para o preço.

Claramente mejorable

Muy grande, algo anticuada con capacidad para 8 adultos. Prácticamente todo el mobiliario es antiguo y de baja calidad, especialmente camas y colchones. Lo mejor la piscina, amplia, bien cuidada y con buena orientación. Aseos bien. Cocina muy justita. De nuestra experiencia, y muy destacable, que sabiendo que éramos cinco matrimonios adultos, el arrendatario no nos informó que no disponía del número de habitaciones necesarias e improvisó una que estaba, literalmente, en la entrada principal de la casa, que ahora no se usaba por haber cambiado su distribución y que, para añadidura, tenía un fuerte olor a humedad y carecía de armario y ventana. No la recomiendo.

O Sr. Daniel é super acessível, pessoa 5 estrelas. Casa muito boa com óptimo espaço exterior, piscina que faz as delícias aos miúdos e graúdos, localização excelente perto de zonas comerciais e 7 8 min do centro de Sesimbra.

Casa muy fresquita para verano buena piscina y salón comedor muy grande

Casa espectacular. Buena piscina, buen salón comedor con la cocina bien situada , habitaciones y cuartos de baño bien distribuido,y con respecto a la ubicación depende lo sé busque está en una zona tranquila y equidistante de Lisboa, Sesimbra y setubal que es lo íbamos buscando. Luego el propietario Daniel muy amable atento a muestras necesidades y buenos consejos sobre lo que pretendíamos hacer y visitar. Muy recomendable

Magnifique villa

Une très belle villa bien équipée, une piscine magnifique. Tout à dispositions et une grande maison. Le gérant est disponible, et répond rapidement à la moindre question. Je recommande vraiment.

Fun holiday, house unfinished but promising project

Overall me and my family, consisting of 11 people, had a lovely stay in Mr. Daniel's house. It is obvious to see that he is investing heavily in updating the property and bringing it up to a very high standard. It is still an unfinished project though giving it an 'aiming for perfect, but not there yet' vibe. The bedrooms have all been recently refurbished with fresh paint and new beds/mattresses and the living area has also recently been redone. The kitchen however is still a work in progress and not up to par as are some of the bathrooms. The pool/garden area is also still in transition with parts being recently redone and some parts that still have pallets and old chairs/sunbeds in them. Mr. Daniel was very forthcoming when it came to solving issues so the not so perfect parts were no real bother. Only 'real' issue was the pool which left a number of bathing suits with permanent green stains but who's complaining ;-).

Très agréable séjour

Maison pleine de charme, spacieuse et confortable. Idéale pour accueillir couples avec jeunes enfants. La bonne petite surprise : il y a même une petite salle de jeux qui leur est réservée avec mobilier et jouets à leur disposition. Nous étions 8. au total. La maison est bien agencée, disposant de deux ailes distinctes et de 3 salles-de-bains fonctionnelles. Grands placards dans les chambres super pratiques. L'espace piscine protégé, à l'abri de tout vis-à-vis, est très agréable avec sa végétation luxuriante et son coin barbecue. Nous avons été accueillis par Mr Completo, très à l'écoute de nos demandes et présent à tout instant. La maison est situé en périphérie de Sesimbra, proche de tous commerces. Très bonne situation pour partir en excursions et visiter Lisbonne. La région est superbe ! Un grand merci à Mr Completo pour sa disponibilité et la confiance qu'il nous a témoignée.

un lieu de détente

La villa est très spacieuse, fraîche pour les journées très chaudes. Elle offre des coins appropriées aux repas à l'ombre, à la détente au bord de la piscine où à la rêverie sur la terrasse où les enfants s'allongeaient pour regarder les étoiles. Daniel est serviable et très sympathique. Il se prend le temps de nous conseiller pour les visites de Lisbonne et des alentours. Nous avons été ravi de passer une semaine dans cette belle demeure et ravi aussi de vous rencontrer et nous vous souhaitons " Muitas Felicidades!!" Les familles Demmerlé et Ravoire
