This delightful 75 m2 mezzanine offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the first floor via stairs.

It is designed with bright, open living and kitchen areas that feel fresh and welcoming. The living space offers a comfortable spot to lounge and watch TV after a day in the city, and the charming dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together.

The open-concept kitchen is great for cooking while participating in the conversation. It's fully equipped with everything needed for everyday meals, including a cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine for added convenience.

The first bedroom is thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, generous storage and an ensuite bathroom. The second sleeping area is upstairs in the mezzanine which features a queen bed, an ample wardrobe and a support desk.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Just a short walk or drive away, visitors can explore the bustling city centre, traditional markets, and cosy seafood restaurants serving fresh catches from the Atlantic. The atmosphere is laid-back, with friendly neighbourhood spots to enjoy a coffee or glass of local wine after exploring.

Nature lovers will appreciate the easy access to the Arrábida Natural Park, known for its hiking trails and stunning coastline. The nearby beaches—such as Figueirinha and Galápos—offer clear waters and breathtaking views, perfect for a relaxed day by the sea. Whether you're here for culture, cuisine, or coastal beauty, this spot makes a great base for discovering the best of Setúbal.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Setúbal (Av Luisa Todi 418), is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
