The luxurious 5-star holiday Villa La Boheme near Sibenik offers you a large piece of private land of 6.500 square meters for your sole use. The living space of the villa covers 350 square meters and spreads over 3 levels.
The center of the main floor is a large dining table for 12. The dining area has high ceilings and is very festive. Next to it, there is a modern kitchen that is fully equipped. Also, here is the cozy living room that opens up to an outdoor lounge and a large pool terrace. Outdoors you will also find a summer kitchen with a wood-burning grill and an alfresco dining table.
The kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, kettle, and coffee maker.
On the main floor, you will also find two bedrooms with large double beds in each. Those two bedrooms have a direct exit to the terrace. They also have access to the bathroom with a shower and bathtub. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with large double beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and it has direct access to the balcony. The rest of the two bedrooms on the first floor come also with large double beds and have access to the shared bathroom. The sixth bedroom is located in a separate suite, on the ground level. It has a private entrance and ensuite bathroom.
On the lower level, you will find a sauna, gym equipment, and an entertainment area with darts, billiards, and table soccer.
Laundry facilities included a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.
A large private parking lot is suitable for up to 10.
