Built in 2023, this modern 2-storey property sits approximately 4.5 km from the centre of Jadrija and 6 km from the vibrant town of Vodice, enjoying a quiet and sun-drenched position that makes it an ideal retreat for those seeking both relaxation and convenience. The property extends across a generous private plot of 390 m2, providing ample space for outdoor living and leisure. Guests benefit from a private swimming pool, a well-maintained yard, reliable internet Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the home, and on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles, all of which contribute to a seamless and comfortable stay.

The private swimming pool is angular in shape, measuring 6 x 3 metres with a total surface area of 21 m2 and a depth of 150 cm, and is available for use seasonally from 15 May to 31 October. An outdoor shower is also available on the premises, offering a practical and refreshing addition to the poolside experience. The expansive private grounds of 390 m2 provide generous space for outdoor relaxation, sunbathing, and al fresco leisure throughout your stay.

Inside the house, guests have access to a washing machine, ensuring added convenience during longer stays. The property spans 2 storeys and was constructed in 2023, reflecting modern building standards and contemporary interior design. On the ground floor, the living and dining room spans 22 m2 and opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Adjacent to the living area, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct terrace access. The fully equipped open kitchen is situated on this level and likewise opens onto the terrace. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.
The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms, each finished with modern furnishings and offering private terrace or balcony access. The first upper-floor bedroom measures 20 m2, is fitted with 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, and includes a dedicated shower room with WC. The second upper-floor bedroom also features 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and opens onto the terrace. The third upper-floor bedroom is equally appointed with 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and accesses a 3 m2 balcony. A further shower room with WC serves these upper-floor bedrooms.
