I cannot say enough about this resort! The aesthetics of this resort are stunning! Upon our arrival to Cambodia we were offered a complimentary shuttle to the hotel and we we welcomed by the staff as soon as we arrived. They came out to greet us and welcome us “home”. The check in process was seamless as we were taken to the welcome area and given tea and a Cambodian sweet while we waited. Andy, our concierge got everything together and then personally walked us through the hotel to familiarize us with the layout and then escorted us up to our room which was stunning and very comfortable. The resort offers several dining options, all of which are delightful and delicious. The buffet breakfast is complimentary and has so much to choose from for every liking. After several hours of touring Angkor Wat Temple Complex and the many other attractions in the area, we spent a lot of our down time at the poolside bar just enjoying the scenery. It was also our anniversary and Andy was kind enough to make us a reservation for an Asparsa Dinner Show which was also amazing! We even returned “home” one afternoon to a beautiful Anniversary message displayed on our bed of two swans with rose petals as well as a complimentary Tiramisu cake. I truly cannot express my gratitude to the wonderful staff at this resort! It was an amazing experience we will never forget!

Great room, amazing breakfast buffet and the hotel is overall well maintained. However, I had my laundry done and it was a small bag mostly underwear. Not more than 300g and the cost was $54. They give price list and it was my fault not to check but even in the most expensive countries it was not even half of this. I had lunch for $25 for a small plate. Massage is much more expensive with similar service elsewhere. So basically if you do not use extra services, it is a beautiful hotel. I also didnt realize it is 25 min walk to city center. I used their whatsapp service and havent received an answer so do not bother. Lastly, I saw a cockroach on the wall that freaked me out and I stayed up all night but havent seen anything else for 5 days. The only reason I am writing this comment is when I booked the hotel I read the reviews and seemed like a wonderful place. It is indeed a wonderful place if you don't use any extras which is not convenient for me to walk 25 mins to get a servive I need.

We had a great stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa. Room was good size, clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice with good shower pressure and hot water. Breakfast was amazing with many western and local food choices. Staff were attentive and helpful. Pool area was inviting and clean. Hotel is 10 minutes tuk tuk ride to the Angkor Watt temple, pub street and night market. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very central. The rooms are spacious, very clean and offer control options that make it easy to adjust temperature and light settings. The pool area is ideal for a relaxation. The breakfast has a very wide selection addressing different dietary preferences and good balance between international and local cuisines. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly, very respectful, very helpful and very attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I had arrived at the Angkor Borei Hotel for a short stay before starting at a local yoga retreat. One of the reasons I booked the hotel was to have access to the entertainment they advertised outdoors with dinner. However, I was advised that it was booked for a private event and I could not attend. The room balcony is not useable. There were so may bugs and insects, in the hundreds, rendering it unusable. I thought this may be a local issue and did not make a complaint of it. However, stays in subsequent hotels in Siem Reap made me realise it was just this hotel. Others treat the balconies with repellants or incense which keep the insects away. Worst of all, I was checked into a room which was next to an air conditioning generator. It got so loud at night, that I woke up to the noise (like being next to an airplane) and changed rooms in the middle of the night just to be able to sleep.

This resort is wonderful. The staff are so friendly and the space is really lovely. The room is very comfortable and the clawfoot bath tub is great after a long day of exploring the temples. The pool is fantastic!
