One of the closest rentals to the beach in Siesta Key Dream’s portfolio features a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This rental is a 2-bedroom condo (2nd floor) and a studio-suite (3rd floor) that combine to become a perfect arrangement for family and friend gatherings. Collectively, the units can accommodate up to 9 guests. With two independent entrances for each of the two units that are next to each other on the same deck. One door going into the second floor 2-bedroom condo, and the other door opening to a flight of stairs that lead up to the third-level studio-suite.

On the second floor, you’ll have 2 beds and baths with a spacious floor plan that connects a welcoming living room, a dining room that seats 6, and kitchen. Your dining room contains a large sliding door to a private porch facing Beach Road, perfect for your morning coffee. On the third floor, you’ll have a studio-style space fitted with a bathroom, living space, and kitchen. The studio has a private porch surrounded by palms. Siesta Key Dreams is happy to provide free high-speed WiFi internet, HD Televisions equipped with live sports & extension channel options via DirecTV Stream, and electric appliances so you will not miss a beat.

Outside on the first floor, you’ll have a shared outdoor patio with lounge chairs that is perfect to relax in the shade and enjoy a festive BBQ. This area is fenced and covered with greenery, providing full coverage and privacy from neighbors. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or gatherings with friends and family!

We recognize that parking can be difficult to locate, which is why this rental comes with TWO private-reserved spaces at no additional cost to you. For an additional charge, we offer golf cart rental for easy travel and access to all the top tourist spots around town. The Siesta Key Breeze Trolley also operates on the main road outside your rental, which is free for all riders and operates 8AM - 10PM, seven days a week!

Included with your reservation are complimentary bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap), coffee & a Keurig-pods, and your choice of either a bottle of sparkling wine or sparkling grape juice. To prep for the numerous beach trips, we provide you with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, coolers and carts to transport your items easily! Traveling with your children? We offer complementary cribs, highchairs, toys, silverware, and baby-monitors available per request!

Shortly after you secure your vacation rental, you will receive a link where you can book local experiences provided by vendors throughout the island. For an additional charge, Siesta Key Dreams provides golf-carts to rent and mid-stay services such as cleanings, and linen changes.

When available, guests can request flexible booking with early check-in or late check out options. Siesta Key Dreams also offers baggage drop-off prior to your check-in time. You will be able to indicate your preferences in the link you will receive prior to check-in.

Guests will receive an electronic Rental Agreement that provides common details about our terms and conditions, such as our no-smoking policy. Before you check-in, and just after booking, we require guest verification. You will receive information after booking and the process only takes a couple minutes. This allows us to provide a safe location for our guests, neighbors, and employees.
