Your perfect beach retreat! Completely remodeled in December 2012. This darling "beachy retreat" includes a new designer open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the new kitchen essentials, small appliances and tableware! The enlarged bathroom has a 48 inch granite vanity and a walk-in shower with a shower seat. The "resort like" master bedroom includes a lovely built-in fully equipped work station with USB ports, a 32" flat screen TV, and a king bed with a new Marriott Resort mattress which will ensure a good night's sleep! The living room includes a queen sleeper/sofa and 2 leather swivel/rocker recliners, perfect for catching some afternoon ZZZZ's! The living room also includes a 40" flat screen TV with enhanced sound bar, HD service and Blu-ray!! Remember to check out the vintage photographs of Siesta Key!! There are also cordless phones, an answering machine, hair dryers, vanity mirror, emergency medical kit, a safe for your valuables, ceiling fans and a washer/dryer! Tucked away on the enlarged patio are assorted sand toys, floats, coolers and beach chairs with a large wagon for toting "stuff" to the beach!! If you prefer, you can enjoy one of the three sparkling pools on the Jamaica Royale property!! This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
