Bright and spacious dining room with open kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette dishes available) and access to the south facing balcony. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Double bedroom (double bed with two single mattresses 2x90x200) with a small desk in a beautiful wood finishes. One bedroom with two single beds (80x200) with nice writing table in wood. Internet. 1 Garage. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking..

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Pizzet is a house built in the local style and was completed in autumn 1999. The complex is located on the outskirts of the village centre of Silvaplana. Cross-country trails start nearby. Footpaths in the vicinity. The sports centre Mulets is about 5 minutes away, where sports such as curling, ice skating, ice hockey, tennis, strength and endurance training, sailing and windsurfing can be practised. At the sports centre there is a nice restaurant and camping opportunities. The Corvatsch, skiing in winter and starting point for many hikes in the summer, is located on the right side of the lake in the village of Surlej, about 700 m away. During the season busses run every half hour in all directions. Many other winter and summer sports can be exercised 5 km away in St. Moritz.
