- We kindly request your adherence to our specified quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00), as well as the designated check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) time frames. Guests checking in after 21:00 do so at their own discretion.

- Please be aware that there will be an additional fee for early check-ins or late check-outs.

- Pets, parties, and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. Failure to respect these rules will lead to a penalty fee of 500 RON.

- For stays exceeding 10 nights, supplementary cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries will be scheduled and charged to the guest.

- Our support services are available from 9:00 to 21:00. Any concerns or inquiries outside these hours will be addressed the following day.

- Please note that we can issue an invoice for your stay, upon request.

- According to HG 237/2001, republished in 2008, in accordance with article 2, paragraph (5), it is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please complete our online check-in form provided in the check-in instructions.
