Enjoy its many facilities such as free parking, sauna room, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, wide screen smart tv with sound system, a private garden with a natural spring, outside BBQ as well as bedrooms with private bathrooms. The villa can host up to 10 guests and is ideal for those who seek comfort, elegance, and peace of mind.

This is a century old villa, built in the Neo-Romanian architectural style, with an unique charm and a 20th century flavour. Its restauration process was meant to preserve the historical heritage of the villa while offering 5 star comfort to its future guests.

The villa has 3 king bedrooms and a redesigned attic, that is now perfect as a sleeping and playing space for children, two living rooms, a dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bathrooms and a sauna. Ideally, the villa can house up to 6 adults and 4 children.

The villa has a generous yard, with a relaxation area, a barbeque and a small aromatic plants garden from which you can help yourself.

In front there is a parking space for up to 5 cars.

Keeping the space clean and sanitized is our top priority therefore we make sure the rooms are well ventilated, the bathrooms and textiles for guests are disinfected and that all the spaces respect the top standards in housekeeping so that they are safe for our guests health. We also encourage you to consider a few simple precautions to avoid pandemic associated risks: wash your hands regularly, wear a mask, keep a safe distance from other and avoid crowded places.

The house must be left in the same condition as you found it, except for normal usage and cleaning.

The guest agrees that he/she will not use this house to engage in illegal activity or to behave in an anti-social manner.

The guest agrees not to throw loud parties or engage in other acts that could cause damage to the property or cause disturbance to the neighbours.

No parking on property - The free parking is available outside the courtyard.

Because we treasure the villa and it involved a lot of hard work, we intend to keep a neat, clean and respectful atmosphere. As you have the entire house to yourself, we require that you provide some information about yourself (your full name, age, occupation etc.).
