- The parking lot/driveway area between the Sailfish and Pompano buildings will undergo asphalt resurfacing from April 13, 2026 to May 31, 2026.
- The Sailfish pool deck and pool are scheduled for renovation from January 1 to February 28, 2026.
- The Kingfish pool deck and pool are slated to be closed for refurbishment from September 10 to October 31, 2026.
