Nur der Ausblick verdient Bestwerte

Glanzpunkt ist der Blick auf den See , die weiteren Rahmenbedingungen sind weitestgehend suboptimal . Angefangen von einem nicht verfügbaren PKW Abstellplatz, unzumutbarer Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung in der 2. Etage , nur über Treppen strapaziös zu erreichen, mit größeren Koffern nicht einfach , befand sich der Punkt Sauberkeit, Staub, Spinnweben etc. ebenfalls nicht auf einem zu erwartenden Niveau. Lediglich der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Bodensee darf als traumhaft bezeichnet werden , auch wenn die Qualität der Terrassenmöbel auch einem zu erwartenden Mindeststandard eher nicht genügt. Die bilaterale Erkenntnis zwischen Vermieter/Anbieter auf der einen,sowie Mieter/Kunde auf der anderen Seite bezogen auf das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fällt hier nicht zu Gunsten des Mieters aus. Gesamtresümee , eher ernüchternd und nur bedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Nie wieder

In der Unterkunft waren etliche Sachen defekt, es stand Müll rum, der Backofen ist eine Katastrophe. Nach Reklamation fand keine Rückmeldung durch die Unterkunft statt. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Ich würde über Fewo-direkt nie wieder buchen!

Eine Top Ferienwohnung mit super Terrasse und Ausblick. Zu bemängeln ist lediglich die unzureichende Parksituation in der Straße und in sipplingen allgemein

SeaSide Sommer 2022

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick über den Bodensee. Sehr gerne wieder, allerdings nur mit Stellplatz fürs Auto. Die Parksituation in der Straße (und in ganz Sipplingen) ist sehr schlecht, deshalb auch nur 4 Sterne, mit Parkplatz wären es glatte 5!

Ferieenwohnung in Sipplingen

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet aber es fehlen so einige Dinge für den täglichen bedarf. Hacken im Flur für Jacke ,im Bad ein kleiner Eimer für ABfall im Bad,Besen und Kehrwisch für den kleinen Schmutz,Fenster waren schon länger nicht geputz ,der Eingang war sehr mit Spinnweben übersäht.
