We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider returning. Pros: - Location - lots of very good restaurants nearby, 5 minute walk to the lake, close to bus into town - Cleanliness - we were happy to let our 1 year old roam the house, although there are some glass cabinets we had to keep him away from - Outdoor space - great terrace and small private lawn to play on, pool was clean, warm and plenty of space to spread out and share with other users (although we generally had it to ourselves) - Kitchen utensils etc. Unlike an older review, it seems to be well equipped now. The only thing I couldn't find was a cheese grater. Cons: - Photos show a picture of a travel cot implying it's included but actually they charge €20 per night. This was 3x the price of getting one delivered from a local rental place. - We weren't given enough consumables for the week: 1 small sachet of washing up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 bin bag, no salt/pepper/oil etc. When I've stayed in other places for this price (and many a lot cheaper) this sort of thing has typically been provided - The garage has a very steep slope to get into it. We scraped the bottom of our ford focus estate at both the top and bottom of the ramp. Perhaps less of an issue with a smaller car or something higher off the ground.

Angenehme Unterkunft. Sehr zentral und nahe am See. Garageneinfahrt etwas herausfordernd. Einkauf zu Fuß möglich. Sehr gute Pizzeria quasi nebenan.

Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung mit Garten und Pool ist super. Besonders unsere zwei Hunde genossen das Grün. Tolle Gegend um auch zu Fuss zu mehreren Restaurants und Cafes laufen zu können. Einziges Manko.Die Adresse in Sirmione war extrem schwer zu finden. Eine kleine Karte auf der Buchung waere hilfreich, weil selbst unser Navi an seine Grenzen stiess. Aber ansonsten kann man die Wohnung nur wärmtens empfehlen.

Nice apartment in a nice place

The apartment was perfect for 3 persons (one of her in a wheelchair) Well equipped, 2 terraces, common swimming pool (directly accessible from the terrace). Some restaurants’, a supermarket and a few shops are very closed to the apartment as well as the lake. A bus goes directly to the historical centre of Sirmione every 15 mins. We really enjoyed our stay. Sirmione is the nicest town on the lake. The only negative point is the noice of the main road when you are in the terrace but it doesn’ impact the really positive feeling on this apartment.
