This place has potential but the tv not working, toilet doesn’t flush, no hot water in the shower at night and hearing your neighbours talk through the night due to I assume thin walls meant a very poor experience. On the upside the two staff who did check-ins were very pleasant and helpful.

Avoid. Pick somewhere else!

Our third stay here and its not got any better. Beds and comfy and rooms have been refurbished but thats where it stops. Shower is usually cold, lukewarm at best but never warm or hot. WIFI is patchy. Check in was slow. Staff dont seem too interested. Breakfast is terrible. Dont waste your money. Things run out quickly and staff are slow at refilling. Scrambled egg was completely tasteless, sausages looked undercooked and the hash browns were the sorryest looking hash browns ive ever seen. Not able to order different eggs etc. For £12 per person its a total rip off. There is a cafe across the road which is much better. Our room was fairly noisy. There seems to be a number of "long term" guests as well. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Such a shame as the hotel has a lot of potential but not being able to get a hot shower is a big problem. It was the same on my last stays in January and February. Save your money and book somewhere else. Plenty of better options around the same price.

It was a newly renovated. The staff was very helpful in navigating the public transportation system. The breakfast was fantastic. So many choices. Definitely would stay again.

Great stay for families.

This place was great for our night before heading out on our flight from Heathrow. The bus stops right across the street from the property. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family as it had bunkbeds. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good value for the money. Restaurants close by, especially liked the Ostrich Inn and the New Bettina. Close to airport so convenient to fly out but trade off is you are far via public transport to sights and points of interest.
