The outside of the hotel was big and glamorous but the rooms were unkept, it smelled, the furniture was peeling, the curtains were dirty, we even found 2 cockroach in the room. Heaters don’t work that we have to be moved. It’s wasn’t what was promoted on the site and I would never go or recommend this place

Avoid this accommodation.

It was the worst experience ever. There were rusty water, broken ceiling light, dirty sleeping gear, and temperature never get warm(we all slept with wearing winter clothes). I'll never use this condo at all.

숙소가 너무 추웠슺니다. 온천수가 나온다길래 따뜻한 숙소를 기대했는데 너무 추웠고 방은 낡아있고 우풍들어오고. 정말 최악이었음

갑자기 가게된 여행이라 잡은 숙소인데 너무 아쉬운곳입니다 직원분은 굉장히 친절하나 방이 보일러가 안들어오는 수준이라 외투를 껴입고 잤어요 너무 추워서 난로나 전기 장판 요청하였으나 이미 요청객이 많아 이불만 추가로 받아서 이불 두개 덮고 잤어요 살면서 이렇게 추운 리조트 처음 경험해요 이 정도면 방마다 히터 상시로 놔줘야 하는거 아닌가요

아주 좋아요!

시설은 조금 오래된듯 합니다만, 관리상태는 깨끗하네요. 사우나 쿠폰 주셔서 갔다왔는데 온천수 물 좋고 적당한 시설 좋네요. 난방도 조금 더운듯 충분했네요. 인근에 두부마을 있어서 아점 먹고 이동했는데 숙소랑 가까워서 좋아요.

그냥 후회 됨

시설 관리에 별로 관심이 없어보입니다. 뭔가 80년대 아파트 온줄 알았어요. 근데 가격은... 이 가격에 고객을 받는다는게 아무리 봐도 무슨 생각으로 장사하려는건지 모르겠을 정도. 해외 출장을 나가면서 이거보다 안좋은 숙소는 본적 없습니다.

가족여행간중에 최악이였어요

숙소의 벽지는 상상을 넘어선 수준이하고 부대시설은 여러개있었는데 전부 운영이 안되서 폐허같은 느낌들었고 다시는 가고싶지않은 콘도였네요
