The bed was very comfortable. To turn on the shower, you had to have your arm in the water when you first turned it on, which makes your arm get sprayed with cold water. The sound travels between the rooms. My neighbor had a nightmare, which woke me up and then his spouse was yelling at him to wake up. I could hear it all.

I liked the toilet seat very modern. Requested a baby crib. Waited all night and did not receive it. I called the front desk a couple of times from the telefone in the room and no one answered . Requested towells and did not received them. Heard loud noise from the next room and from the above room the day before i left.

When I checked in, room I paid for was not available due to them being over booked. I traveled hours from home with my children only to be put in a room with a small bed and 2 roll away beds. Tub was clogged with water, front desk were trying their best. Very unpleasant experience.

On top of the rude staff i ended up getting bed bug bites all over my feet.. itching for days! Paid close to 300 a night, 8 bucks for a small coffee , no breakfast. Just a horrible experience!

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights. The staff, especially the bartender, Tori, was very kind and hospitable! However, I did have an issue with my bathroom sink. I noticed when brushing my teeth that the sink appeared clogged. Upon further inspection, water began to pour from the sink as onto the floor. I was told to wait 30 minutes before using it, which was an inconvenience. The following day, I reported the same issue though it seem it was never fixed because was still leaking when we left. I feel I should have been given a different room in this situation but when asked the gentleman, nothing happened. Overall, nice exterior upon entering the building but did not like my room solely due to the leaking sink! Unsure if I would stay at the property again!
