Meh, not great, not the worst.

The bed area was clean , as was toilet. But surface needed a good wipe down. The facilities aren't crazy old , there have obviously been some updates and painted walls but in general, everything is sort of low quality and a bit worn out. If I had to stay longer than the two nights, I probably would have canceled and rebooked somewhere else to be more comfortable. No blackout curtains, but not offensively smelly or musty, but not fresh either, just kind of a notch below average. Very affordable stay, but I would honestly rather pay the twenty bucks a night to get something better quality and more comfortable. Alerted the front desk to the fact there was constant a beeping in the hallway for a 2 days straight. And as of when I checked out, still had not been resolved, that was annoying. And could be heard in bedroom overnight. Thankfully I had earplugs with me. Fine in a pinch, but wouldn't stay here again. Generally felt safe and parking lot was lit well. Not many food or convenience places in immediate Area. There was a dunkin' donuts, a short drive for mourning breakfast, which was good since hotel, doesn't provide any. Other people staying there weren't loud or rude, but it was noisy from thin walls and echoes.

I think this is a new hotel so obviously things there will be new and updated. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I don’t know about the amenities because this was a one night stay and I didn’t need any extras. The staff were nice people and everything was a smooth process from start to finish.

Stay away! Dirty and safety hazard!

Long black hair in bed sheets, sink and shower. Shower faucet and head rusted like you’d get tetanus from showering or bathing. Food particles all over storage above fridge. Black mold in shower area. Dust bunnies ruled the flat surface areas. WREAKS OF WEED. Sketchy people staying here.

The property was overall not bad. But the day we checked in there was a commotion in the lobby and was not addressed until after we had to move my 3 year old daughter from the screaming and cursing. Then we were checked into a room that didnt have a working A/C so had to change rooms the next day. The new room we had wasn't much better because it was directly above where everyone sat outside and smoked. It constantly smelled like weed and cigarettes and we don't smoke at all. We hadnt asked to get moved again because we had a lot of things and was difficult to keep moving. Overall it was convenient but there was a lot of people just outside smoking right by the entrances.
