Didn't get the room service and I had to call for it. On the same day we didn't get the turndown service in the evening. We were on level 36 just below the bar on level 37 and we could hear lots of noise from above.

Everything was good. but got some issue with the zest buffet, ask for coffee and tea but only tea arrived and took them longer that we expected like long 20mins or more than 20mins and i told her i want for coffee. and she never came back. so i have to go near the buffet entrance grab my own coffee and use the tea cup.

This was my first time in South Korea and we went with booking a name we were familiar with. It did not disappoint. The staff were helpful, kind and courteous. They were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The atmosphere was beautiful and the services offered were great as well. Very nice hotel. After I checked out, though, I waited in the lobby with my luggage and tried to get a little more sleep in one of the chairs. A group of people, not hotel employees, came and sat down and proceeded to have a meeting. They saw me and said "let's just have the meeting". If I'm paying this much money as a guest at your hotel, I would expect that non-guests would not be able to sit anywhere they want inside and have their meetings. This really stuck with me. Hopefully it won't happen again as I would like to stay here again soon, as a Hilton diamond member. Thanks
