Room key didn’t work. Went back to front desk, staff told me it will work, tried again wouldn’t open door. Lady came up and also struggled to open door. Found no bath towels in room, called front desk was put on hold for 15 minutes, hung up called multiple times with no response. Landed up using a t shirt as a towel. Breakfast is a joke peanut butter crackers and peanuts. Staff is terrible and didn’t seem to care.
