Come relax and enjoy the sounds of the waves in this bright, remodeled, and recently redecorated condo with direct ocean and pool views.! The private condo is located on the second and third floors (no unit above you) in Coquina, an exclusive 42-unit complex directly on Crescent beach. Recently renovated, the condo features a fully updated and equipped kitchen, including stainless appliances and quartz counters with counter stools for additional seating. The living room includes comfortable seating and a 65" HD LED smart TV for your viewing enjoyment along with breathtaking views of the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the comfortably furnished balcony while you watch the sunrise and enjoy the waves on Crescent beach. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king size bed, a 55" HD LED smart TV, and amazing views of the ocean. The second bedroom includes two full size beds and a 40" smart TV. There is also a full bathroom with tub upstairs.

The unit is fully stocked with nice linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, pillows, cleaning supplies, kitchen basics and a selection of board games and books to provide all the comforts of home. Complimentary toiletries are also provided. The condo also includes free highspeed WiFi and cable TV and is professionally cleaned and sterilized between each rental. The unit does not allow pets for any renters or guests. Coquina is a non-smoking property except in designated smoking area. No smoking in unit or balcony.

When headed to the beach, enjoy private access and complimentary use of four (4) beach chairs, an umbrella and four (4) beach towels.

This well maintained, beachfront complex offers community access to swimming pools, Updated tennis , basketball and shuffleboard courts, a community overlook area- including tables and loungers, with views of both the intercoastal and the beach- perfect for viewing the sunrise or sunset! There are also grills available. Located only 13 miles from downtown St. Augustine, on Anastasia Island, this condo is in the perfect location for family fun!

We loved everything about this rental, from the location to the cleanliness and comfort of the property. There was one thing I’d like to comment on though, and it was probably something I overlooked in the description of the property. The unit is on the second floor with stairs leading to a third floor bedroom. There are no elevators, so it does require any luggage to be brought up by hand. This was not a problem for us, and like I said it’s probably in the listing description and I just missed it. Just a note for anybody who may have issues with carrying luggage up flights of stairs. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time at the beach.

We were so very thrilled with this condo. It had been completely updated with all the amenities! There were even charger boxes with multiple outlets located at the bedside tables and downstairs by the couch! Beach chairs and towels were provided. The walk to the beach was short and the balcony provided incredible views. Lauren and Tony were quick to respond to any questions and suggested a wonderful person to take us out for some inshore fishing. We caught red fish, sheep head, black trump and oodles of stingrays (which thrilled us). This was a big 6-0 bday for the hubs and he had a wonderful, relaxing week. This condo is a must rent. We will be back!!!

This year there was an unfortunate glitch with the unit, but Lauren did everything in her power to resolve it as quickly as possible, and in doing so spared no expense. Can’t beat the view

It was so nice, you have everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It was nice that we didn’t have to bring beach chairs and umbrella with us. The view from the living room and bedroom room was beautiful. Saw lots of dolphins. Very peaceful place. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Experience

The condo was better than pictured. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom. The pool and grounds were well kept and very enjoyable. My family would highly recommend this area and this condo.

Great Family Vocation!

We just go home from a wonderful vacation at Coquina in Crescent Beach.Cannot say enough of the attention to detail to the guests. There welcome book had detailed information on all the rules and regulations of the complex. It was very help and informative, we definitely be back. Thank you sharing your beautiful place with us.I’ll start by saying the condo was beautiful, the view when you first walk in is amazing. We have stayed at other locations in St. Augustine, but this condo and location was so beautiful and perfect. The view of the ocean from the living room balcony and master bedroom was amazing. You can sit out in the balcony with your evening cocktail and just listen to the waves.The host of the condo, has an eye for details especially for children. It was Easter weekend. They were so kind to have Easter eggs around the condo for my granddaughter to have her Easter egg hunt. It was so kind of them to think of her, it made her very happy. This was one of many other details like Easter candy and beautiful fresh tulips. They also have great board games available for the guests.Everything you needed in the kitchen was available even an air fryer and blender. All the needed equipment for the beach and pool was also available to us.

Great family vacation

Crescent Beach Retreat is in a great location for sun, beach and pool with family. The unit is well equipped - kitchen, pantry and games. Toiletries, soap and a good coffee maker are much appreciated too. The owners are great! We’ve stayed in many of the Coquina units and this is our favorite.

My New Favorite Vacation Spot!

It was hard to leave this property! Waking up to such an amazing view of the sunrise and ocean made everyday a special one! This condo has everything! The view of the oceanfront is unbeatable. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some. The bathrooms all had plenty of towels plus samples sizes of shampoo, etc and even a new tooth brush in case you forgot yours. The entire unit was very clean. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided, so we didn't have to haul them from home. The king size master bed was comfortable with plenty of closet space and lots of hangers to hang your clothes. We loved the location. St Augustine was our vacation destination, but Crescent Beach was only a few minutes away and the beach was beautiful and super accessible from the unit. We were there in early spring, so the pool was a bit chilly to swim in, but it was very nice and had a small kiddy pool if you have small children.The seating on the balcony was very comfortable with nice cushioned chairs and a killer view of the ocean and pool. The large TV was nice to watch our UT Vols play in the SEC tourney. We didn't come to watch TV, but it was nice to have. There are TVs in the downstairs living area plus the two bedrooms upstairs. We never heard a sound from anyone since this unit is the top two floors. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary while here and we both agreed we would be back!! Thank you Lauren for all the "extras" that made our much needed vacation a memorable one!

Great beach destination

We’ve been going to St Augustine every summer with the family for almost 40 years and we only stay at the Coquina. We’ve stayed in many units here over the years but this unit is always very clean, well supplied with easy access. It is updated, beautiful, and cozy inside with a great view of the beach. The Coquina is one of the only condos that have all units facing the water with a short walk to pool and beach. There is a laundry room in the facility and newly redone tennis/pickleball courts. Grounds and pool area are always very nice and clean. Lauren is a great host and responds to any questions quickly. We use VRBO several times and year and she is the best host to-date. Highly recommend this unit.

This condo was clean and the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The view was beautiful. It is very close to ocean and an easy walk down with all of our things. Lauren has thought of everything. She was amazingly accommodating.
