Please, run! Our room had small flying roaches and bed bugs! Roaches started to walk around even when lights were still on and we were sitting watching TV. We called the guy at the front desk and he came to kill them. We found that strange. We should have left after that, but we were so tired, we went to sleep. Then, around 1:30 am bed bugs started to bite us. My friend found one in her arm, so she woke me up and we all found several around our beds and headboards. We lifted a mattress and found around 30 or more adults walking and lots of eggs. It was an infestation! I went to the front desk and they refused to give me the manager’s phone number saying that it was not an emergency. After leaving, we felt so disgusted we did not dare to go look for some other hotel, fearing we would probably end having the same issue. Our vacation time ended immediately and we traveled back home from three hours and a half in the middle of the night. I do not know how a hotel dares to provide service to people knowing the harm that is causing. Honestly, if Expedia keeps giving this place as a choice after this, I definitively will not get a place to stay through it anymore.
