Find another hotel because the parking is terrible

The hotel was good, but would never stay here again because their parking situation. You have to pay for valet parking at $25 a day. You were told to use the app for tipping valet which was an automatic tip of seven dollars unless you went in and changed it and could only be brought down to three dollars and there was a service fee. One could not self Park either. Additionally, the breakfast was terrible.

Hotel was average, front desk employee poor customer service. Paying 25.00 a day to park. One big money grab. I left hotel and moved to Another hotel right on beach with no parking fees. Not happy paying 225.00 just to park.

Wonderful Experience

Wonderful setting and close walking to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. Staff went above and beyond customer service. Breakfast was plentiful and different selections each morning of our five night stay. On Wednesday night is the manager's reception in the evening with wine and finger foods it was a nice touch to our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was spacious, clean and an easy walk to everything. One benefit is plenty of onsite parking...except they charge $25 per day to park there.

We stayed here for a girls trip. We stayed in the two room suite. The room was actually a loving/kitchen area/bathroom with a bed and then one bedroom/bathroom which was fine for us. The staff was great. The location was convenient to downtown. I feel like the hotel location is borderline “good” area but we did not have any issues. Our only complaint about the room was the bed/pillows. The beds are VERY worn and should have been replaced a couple years ago. The pillows were extremely flat, pretty much nothing was under your head.
