We were close to the Historic areas. Even though the property has valet parking, they allowed people to self park. They need to be clear when explaining the parking rules and not threaten to have cars towed if you accidentally park in an area that's assigned only for valet parking. We paid $30 a day to park and there are not enough parking spaces, so you're left to make your best decision on parking. Hotel needs to be more clear regarding parking and inform staff that threatening to be towed is not the professional way to handle a situation, especially if someone is already paying $30 a day for parking.
