Rooms were spacious, had the couch/hide-a-bed to fit us all comfortably! The staff was so truly kind. The outdoor swimming pool was not heated, so cold we couldn’t get in🙁.

If you are thinking about staying here…maybe think twice. Check in was easy at 9 o’clock or so in the evening on a Thursday. We were on the second floor. When getting off the elevator the whole floor smelled like a gym. Like dirty gym socks. It was weird. We were in room 202 which was right next to the stair well and it sounded like a heard of elephants coming through all night long and into the morning. The worst part was the wet dog smell I’m in the room. Every time I rolled over in my sleep to the right side of the bed it smelt like a wet, dirty dog. And the water has a smell of rotten eggs. You cannot rinse your mouth with it after brushing. We opted for a more reasonable priced room instead of a resort so we could do more things but next time we will definitely remember the experience.

We love the proximity this property has to everything in the St Augustine area. Perfect for going downtown to site see as well as convenient access to I-95. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Zero complaints!

The place is not up to par with the other LaQunita’s we’ve stayed. The door to the room needed to painted and it also had a gap between the door and casing. The fire alarm malfunction at 4:30am. The bathroom sink would clog up shortly after turning on the water. Just not up to the normal level of service and cleanliness we are used to getting from LaQunita.

First night stay the fire alarm was tripped at 5am, which was a false alarm. Took hours to clear. Every day of our stay Room 321 did not have hot water in the shower and our key had to be reset. Floor 3 carpet in the hall smelled very unpleasant. The parking lot does not accommodate a full hotel, not enough parking spaces or big trucks.

I had all 3 sleepless nights due to loud AC noise. That đang thing was about 3 feet from the bed and it sounded like a diesel engine cranking every time it turns on. Ridiculous! Will never stay again
