Marion Motor Lodge was a phenomenal Place with caring attentive staff always willing to help. Beautifully nestled opposite the bay and conveniently located to all local attractions we highly recommend of this lodge for all good reasons but mainly for its neat clean hospitable environment; highly competitive price and quality control. Enjoy St Augustine and remember to stay in Marion Motor Lodge !

This was a great place to stay to explore St Augustine for the first time. When we come back, we’ll stay here again. It’s an older motel but very clean and the staff was so friendly.

Very close to restaurants and attractions. Trolley stops near. View of the bay across the street. Room was clean and stocked. The shower worked well. My only complaint was the bed. It was unbearable to sleep in. It’s a shame because otherwise we would frequently stay here. I don’t understand Why hotels charge for parking.

Check in was easy and fast. The location is perfect to park your car and walk around. We got cruise towel shapes on the bed upon entry. Great places to eat near by, the property only has ice and vending machine. We stayed on the second floor. They have a pretty roof top area to sit and watch the water. Everything was as mentioned. No pool no elevator open parking. Simple and easy! We also loved the room set up having 3 individual beds, no bunk beds!!!! I haven’t seen a hotel like that before and it’s amazing. Room was clean and nice. Very large and spacious. It was quiet during the week so we slept great. Highly recommend, based upon location.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Give them an A+ ! Good location to walk historic St Augustine. Hotel is old and dated. Exterior had been refurbished at one time, but in need of more maintenance and cleaning. Railings are dirty and rusty, in some cases exterior is disintegrating. At some time in the past great care was taken to update the rooms. Rooms now showing wear and tear, but were clean. Beautiful view from the balcony and nice sitting area on a lifted terrace.

It's in a great location to explore St. Augustine's historic district by foot. Only a small walk to restaurants and right on the bay! The people who run this Motor lodge are very nice!
